Welcome to South Florida Moving Services LLC. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
SFM provides premium white-glove relocation services, including packing, logistics, and transportation of household goods, fine art, and vehicles. Each relocation is subject to a specific service agreement and bill of lading which outlines the scope and valuation of the move.
2. Quotes and Booking
Concierge quotes provided through this website are preliminary estimates based on the information provided. A final binding or non-binding estimate will be issued following a physical or virtual survey of the inventory. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and any required deposit.
3. Valuation and Insurance
While we exercise the utmost care in handling your belongings, SFM provides standard valuation coverage as required by law. For luxury items, fine art, and antiques, we recommend additional Full Value Protection or specialized third-party insurance, which our project managers can assist in coordinating.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly identified and that access to both origin and destination properties is secured on the scheduled moving days. Any specialty items (e.g., pianos, safes, high-value art) must be disclosed prior to the move to ensure appropriate specialist equipment and crating are available.
5. Limitation of Liability
SFM shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, road closures, or mechanical issues. Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the valuation level selected by the customer in the signed bill of lading.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
